SoliComm's email services can be used via the Web (as well as through the use of email programs installed on computers). We provide private email services (yourname@solicomm.net) as well as email lists. (An email list allows groups to communicate by addressing their emails to one address such as unions@solicomm.net). Any unionists may have a SoliComm email address. Labour organizations in developing and emerging-market countries may apply for an email list service.

The ILO/ACTRAV training center in Turin has offered training courses to dozens of trade unionists from around the world since Solicomm was launched. All of them have free Solicomm email addresses. Solicomm started to seriously spread to French-speaking Africa (mailboxes are available in French, English and Spanish) this service is free: yes/no this service is free under certain conditions (name them): Free for unionists. UNI builds bridges between unions worldwide. Around 70% of our affiliated unions have email addresses however only about a quarter of them have an online presence - a website. UNI Bridge aims at providing a CMS-based website with hosting for one or more unions affiliated to UNI, using our network of union webmasters.

Three unions in Ghana (CWU, HSWU and ICU) have benefited from the UNI Bridge program and have received enough training to be able to update their websites and expand them when needed.

Free and available to UNI affiliates only. The only costs involved:
- Donating union from the network of affiliates offers their webmasters' time + hosting of the site(s)
- UNI offers the plane ticket for the webmaster to go to the union(s) to train staff and set them up with their site(s)
- The local union(s) offer decent/comfortable board and lodging for the webmaster during his/her stay in their country and pay for the purchase for the website's domain name. This service is offered to unions at a discounted price:
